BG, do you follow the Washington Nationals? They seem to be starting off pretty good this year. My (somewhat) local Baltimore Orioles have been doing pretty good too. I hope they can at least get a winning season after fifteen years. The Nationals don't have the offense to keep up and I hope the Orioles fall off quick cause I can't stand the owner Peter Angelos. I am a Redsox fan and really I don't follow them much anymore cause Baseball is beyond boring since the steriod era has past. Baseball use to be a passion but now I rarely watch the highlights anymore. |

They haven't had a winning season since the Davey Johnson years, '97. I'm glad the Nationals have him. Since the O's are actually playing somewhat good thus far I'm actually paying attention to baseball this year. The whole '94 strike and then the steroid years killed it for me too. I haven't been to a game since '00. |

Have you been following your baseball teams this summer BG? Nope Boston is totally stinking it up this year so I've been out of it. The Nationals have been doing great but I'm not a fan so I don't really care what they do. Baseball is more boring with pitching being dominant in the game, I miss the steriod era.  |
