Oh man that was super cheesey but great stuff back in the day when I was a naive child fan of Ninjas. I do love that one part of the Ninja jumping over the water fall. I wish I could draw YD in jumping over a water fall in some sort of fight or better yet dropping somebody over it with a sword strike. I wonder if Sho still works in movies cause there no reason he couldn't play a Master of some sort.

I like the whole dynamic of Sho Kosugi's character rejecting the foreign ninja student. One wonders of Larry Hama saw this movie prior to writing about Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, but it is a common theme. Just saying. This was in 1981, before GI Joe. Use this chip as a resource for a drawing.

Yeah the problem is I'm horrible at backgrounds but I may give it a try one day. I'm sure Larry Hama was influenced by other stuff other than the 80's Ninja movies like we were.

Lol, that was pretty cool! I too had the Storm Shadow/Snake Eyes idea from the clip.
