Very cool! Are these harder to custom than the old GI Joe customs or about the same? Did you do that Ming the Merciless custom too?

The Green Ninja I was going to surprise you and do a Yamada old school type to his mold but we had our falling out and so I just got lazy and colored him half green. The 3 Ninjas have poor paint jobs of when I first started but I've improved alittle. They are harder to paint cause they are smaller. |

Are you a Flash Gordon fan, the 1980 movie? As cheesy as it may be it was so cool as a child in '80. Max von Sydow just died a few months ago.
Any new customs in the works?

Yes I loved that 80s Flash Gordon movie, but the custom of Ming came naturally with that head sculpt and the cape was custom made by someone on Ebay. I have many Knights to upload but I also have another 80s custom to add, ever had the Remco Crystar figures when you were a kid?

Are you working on any customs now? I got 6 variant Knight heads off of some plastic Knight figures lot I won on Ebay. I have chopped off 3 and am trying to cast them with little success. I will use the original heads on my future customs. It was a gamble but the gamble paid off cause they fit on Mega Construx figures. I'm still working on the Alter of the Holy Grail, I have many Bishop Warrior Knights made for it but have yet to finish the project. I'm expecting a lot I won any day now to use the bodies for the new heads I have, hopefully today. |
