Just saw Indiana Jones today it was good has some classic feel to it and was showcased in a later time period then the older ones. Overall it was pretty solid and the story concept was far fetched but enjoyable just to see Dr. Jones back in action. If you liked the others and who doesn't it's worth a viewing.

I liked the last Indiana Jones. Have you seen the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles? A decent TV series, the episodes are hit and miss. Some are pretty good though, I like some of the WWI trench warfare episodes.
The new Star Trek looks alright, not a big Star Trek fan. Hard to believe the same crew has been together for 20+ years. Though I will eventually watch. I REALLY looking forward to seeing Wolverine. Terminator looks alright, but the stunts look over the top. I like the TV series. The last movie I saw was the Watchmen. I tought it was ok, went with a bunch from work at the opening. Alot of fanboys out haha. Worth seeing.

Isn't an old Indy in that series as well? I may have to check out that DVD.

He just kinda starts the episode out and it goes into a flashback and ends with him. There are a few really good episodes and a few so are so bad you will be wishing for Jar Jar Binks.

Saw the new Star Trek last night and I have to say it's the best movie I've seen this year. The people they picked to play the original crew were awesome. Uhura is extremely sexy, Kirk is great and Spock was totally bad ass and logical to boot . Definitely a movie to see whether you were a fan of the original series or not. Oh and Eric Bana was killer as Nero. 'Taken' was an an awesome movie as well.

Since Star Wars: Return of the Sith was the last movie I saw in a theater in '05, I'd be the last person here that knew what would be coming. I have seen the GIJoe movie previews and I'm very far from impressed. If I for some reason find a matinee, I may check it out, but probably wait for the DVD release.

Well I just got back from the GI Joe movie and have to tell you guys I really enjoyed it! It has alot of action and stays true to most of the core characters, overall I give it a B+ and will likely see it again. Stephen Sommers did the Joes fans good here.

Man I hope so and they leave to where there can be a sequel. I'm hopeful of hearing GI Joe has a big weekend at the box office.

Man I hope so and they leave to where there can be a sequel. I'm hopeful of hearing GI Joe has a big weekend at the box office. Well I went to see it today. I have to say it was alot better overall then I had expected. It sure had action, even too much me my taste. I know much of the GIJoe lore so it was interesting to see the avenue they took with the characters. I'm not sure I liked how they went with the Baroness character and her history. Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow were fine. I liked Gerald Okamura as their master in the flashbacks. That was a cool cameo. Jonathan Pryce as the POTUS was cool too. All of the lead actors were fine IMO. I liked Christopher Eccleston the most as Destro. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was the big surprise for me. I didn't even know he was to be Cobra Commander.....the guys come a long way since Third Rock from the Sun. I disliked the outfits of many here. Snakes-Eyes was cool, but the rest could have gone with looks much more truer to their comic/cartoon likeness. Storm Shadow look was borderline laughable. Scarlett, where's the leotard? Cobra Commander, he had such a classic look. Baroness was okay but could have been alot cooler and still stay true to form. The tech stuff was cool and over the top, but this is an action figure toy movie. A good way to spent a hot and humid August afternoon. It seems to have done well over the weekend so I'm sure within a few years a sequel will be had. Overall I'd say 74/100.
